Tunxis invites students, faculty and staff to “Civil Discourse: Peace Building Within Our Reach,” a free business-oriented workshop on how to develop skills to build peace and interact confidently with fellow students, faculty and colleagues, on Oct. 22 from 10-11:20 a.m.  in Room 6-127. Carol Haislip of the International School of Protocol is the presenter and facilitator. A second session from 11:30 a.m.-12:50 p.m. will provide tips on interviewing, job hunting, making a great first impression, and following up for success.
