Tunxis invites the public to a free screening of the “Color of Justice,” a video created by the Juvenile Justice Alliance, Tow Foundation and CPTV on disproportionate minority contact (DMC) of juveniles in the justice system on Wednesday, November 2 at 3 p.m. in the 600 Building, Room 6-127. Afterwards, Christopher Montes, who works for the Local Interagency Service Team (LIST), will facilitate a guided discussion about how DMC of juveniles in the justice system affects youth, families and the community, as well as its impact on the justice system as a whole. Light refreshments will be served.
