Free relaxation sessions for students are available Mondays and Wednesdays each week through May 6 from 2:30-3 p.m.in Room 6-158. Come to one or all of the relaxation sessions and learn how to relax through the use of breath-focused meditation, imagery, mindfulness exercises, and body movement techniques.
