Free relaxation sessions for students are available Tuesdays and Wednesdays, Oct. 20-Dec. 9 from 1 to 1:30 p.m. in Room 6-170. Come to one or all of the stress management sessions and learn how to relax through the use of breath-focused meditation, imagery, mindfulness exercises, or body movement techniques.
