Influencing Without Authority, Friday, Oct. 17:

Learn how to use influence and persuasion skills to gain commitment and cooperation. With more than 35 years of experience as a trainer and consultant in professional development and organizational effectiveness, Deanne Shapiro has also served as an adjunct instructor at colleges in Hartford and Rhode Island. Take Charge of Your Reputation, Friday, Oct. 24:

How someone sees themselves is rarely the way others see them. With guidance from acclaimed leadership coach Ann Gowdey, participants will reflect on the values and the personal or professional legacy they want to build and learn to manage their reputation. Fee: $99.
