Tunxis Community College will host a FAFSA Filing Assistance session on Saturday, April 30 at 10 a.m. in Tunxis Library. Light refreshments will be served.
Students and families who are interested in applying for federal financial aid for the 2011-2012 academic year are welcome to attend.
Staff from the Financial Aid Services Office at Tunxis will be available to help those with questions about filing their Free Application for Federal Student Aid. Students and parents should bring their 2010 tax information, and can complete and submit the online application at computer workstations during the session.
Someone will be available to provide translation assistance for those who speak Spanish and Polish. No reservation is necessary. For more information, call 860.255.3512.
