Change of name requests will be honored for currently attending students. Complete the Name/Address Change form and provide legal, documented evidence of change to the Records Office.
It is the student’s responsibility to notify the Records Office of any address change throughout the semester. Use the Name/Address Change form.
Students may update their email addresses by:
- Logging in at my.commnet.edu
- Select ‘Student’ Tab
- Select ‘Click here to access your Student/Academic Records’
- Go to ‘Personal Information’
- Select ‘Update email address/es’
