Starting on Monday, March 30, 2015, Tunxis Community College will begin to offer the ability to obtain official transcripts in an electronic format (eTranscript). Current and former students will be able to request official eTranscripts to be sent to other educational institutions, potential employers, or any other appropriate entities.
- Current and Recent Students: Students who have been issued a NetID and password should login to myCommNet, then click on Banner Self-Service, Student Records, Transcripts and click on the Official eTranscript link. If you do not remember your NetID or password, please use the online self-help tools to obtain your NetID or reset your NetID password.
For the 12 Connecticut Community Colleges, 4 State Universities (CCSU, WCSU, ECSU & SCSU) and Charter Oak, please select the eTranscript option.
- Former Students: Students who have not been issued a NetID, please use this link https://exchange.parchment.com/send/adds/index.php?main_page=login&s_id=86ZVBYIRumEnDLde to submit an official eTranscript request. Please ensure that your last name, first name, date of birth and last four digits of your SSN are entered correctly so that your request can be processed in a timely manner.
Unofficial/Student Copy Requests
Current students and students who have attended within the past two years who know their NetID and Password may print an unofficial/student copy transcript at my.commnet.edu. Otherwise, student copies are available upon written request, free of charge, by completing the UNOFFICIAL transcript request form. Please allow a minimum of 48-business hours for processing after the request has been received.
Final grades will be available online at my.commnet.edu approximately one to two weeks after the semester ends. See our instructions on how to view or print your grades and other academic records.
