Transcript Request

Official transcripts bear the seal of the College and are generally mailed directly to the institution concerned.  Official transcripts should be sent to the designated school/college, company or organization only.  However, official transcripts requested to be sent to the student will be stamped “Issued to Student,” placed in a sealed envelope and will be VOID if opened.  Official transcripts may be requested in the following ways:

Online Transcript Request (Recommended)

You can submit an official transcript request form in myCommNet if you are a student who has attended within the past two years and you know your NetID and password.

  1. Select Student tab
  2. Go to Student Self Service
  3. Select Click here to access your Student/Academic records
  4. Select Student Records tab
  5. Select Request Official Transcript

Mail/Fax/In-person Request

  1. Open and print the Transcript Request Form
  2. Submit the completed form to the Records Office (Registrar) in one of the following ways:
    • Mail request form to the address below;
    • Fax the completed form to 860.606.9766;
    • In-person at the Records Office (Registrar); there is a slot to deposit the completed after hours.

Please allow a minimum of 3 business days for processing after the transcript request has been received. Note:  Official transcripts will not be issued for students who have outstanding financial or library obligations to the College.

Unofficial/Student Copy Requests

Current students and students who have attended within the past two years who know their NetID and Password may print an  unofficial/student copy transcript at  Otherwise, student copies are available upon written request, free of charge, by completing the UNOFFICIAL transcript request form.   Please allow a minimum of 48-business hours for processing after the request has been received.

Final Grades

Final grades will be available online at approximately one to two weeks after the semester ends. See our instructions on how to view or print your grades and other academic records.
