Free relaxation sessions for students are available Mondays and Tuesdays, March 5 – May 8 from 11:30 to noon in Room 206. Come to one or all of the stress management sessions and learn how to relax through the use of breath-focused meditation, imagery, mindfulness exercises, or body movement techniques.
