Tunxis Community College is offering accelerated credit courses during a Winter Session which runs December 30-January 17.

Registration is currently under way and will be accepted through Dec. 30 until 4:30 p.m., prior to the registrant’s first scheduled class. Three-credit courses meet Monday through Friday during the two weeks at a very accelerated pace. There are no classes Dec. 31 & Jan. 1. Records Office hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. and Friday 8:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m.

Accounting, art appreciation, computer information systems, dental assisting, economics, finance, U.S. history, mathematics, public speaking, and intermediate Spanish are among the course topics.
