Tunxis Community College Foundation invites the community to “An Evening of Art—Celebrating Tunxis’s 50th Anniversary,” part of the series of celebrations commemorating Tunxis Community College’s 50th anniversary, on Dec. 2 from 5-7 p.m. in the College’s 600 Building, Barnes-Franklin Art Gallery.

The evening will feature champagne and wine tastings by vendors from Valley Wines, live music by The Green Jazz Band and a special exhibition with more than 30 art pieces from past exhibitors that will be available for bid during a silent auction. All attendees will receive a commemorative Tunxis 50th Anniversary stemless wine glass.

An RSVP is required by Nov. 29. Donations in support of Tunxis Foundation are encouraged in lieu of the ticket cost. Those participating must be 21 years or older with proper ID. Masks are required. For more information, call 860.773.1357.

Tunxis Community College Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization led by an executive director and managed by a board of directors.
