Tunxis Community College in Farmington will hold an Open House on October 22 from 6 to 8 p.m. in the 600 Building.

All are welcome to tour the campus and learn about Tunxis degree programs, financial aid, community scholarships and transfer opportunities. Faculty and Tunxis students will be available to answer questions. To register for the event and view an online map of campus, visit tunxis.edu/openhouse.

On-the-spot acceptances will be granted for those who bring proof of high school completion, immunization records, unofficial transcript and have completed an online application.

Tunxis offers more than 70 associate degree and certificate programs that prepare students for transfer to bachelor’s degree programs and employment in areas with industry need. Tunxis transfer programs offer guaranteed admission to the CT State Universities and University of Connecticut. Transfer agreements with private colleges and universities are also available.
