Tunxis Community College invites the public to a talk on “The Road to Success in Today’s Business World,” with Brent P. Hazzard on October 18, 3-4 p.m. in Room 6-127. Sandwiches and refreshments will be served.

Hazzard is a managing director for GE Capital’s Corporate Finance group. With over 20 years experience in the financial services industry, he specializes in providing loans of greater than $25 million to corporations who need to enter or exit bankruptcy.

Hazzard also teaches graduate and undergraduate courses part-time within UConn’s School of Business, and taught business courses for many years at Manchester Community College. A Connecticut Community College graduate, Hazzard holds an M.B.A. from the University of Hartford.
