Counseling

Our counselors have the professional expertise and experience to help students grow in self-understanding and to gain insight into the nature of everyday problems and begin solving them more efficiently. The counseling staff can discuss your academic issues and dilemmas, assist with resolving conflicts affecting school work, and help make related life decisions. Through counseling programs and services we also help students develop skills to cope, manage stress, build confidence, and alleviate other personal barriers to your success in college. Referrals to outside agencies as needed.

Please do not email these forms to Tx-counseling.  Instead, please email tx-counseling@tunxis.edu for an appointment or call 860-773-1505 and someone will contact you with information on where to send the forms.
If you feel you are in crisis, please call 911, Suicide Hotline at 1-800-273-8255 or the Crisis Text Line – Text START to 741741.
