Name Change

Change of name requests will be honored for currently attending students.  Complete the Name/Address Change Form and provide legal, documented evidence of change to the Records Office.

Address Change

It is the student’s responsibility to notify the Records Office of any address change throughout the semester.  Use the Name/Address Change form.

Personal Email and Phone Change

Students may update their phone contact information by:

  1. Logging in at my.commnet.edu
  2. Select ‘Personal Information’ Tab
  3. Select ‘Email Address Information’ or ‘Address and Phone Information’
  4. Enter your personal email information or primary phone number and click ‘Submit’
